THE BRANDON MCPHEE SHOW
Returning after last year's standing ovations, a new show for 2024. Multi-award-winning Brandon McPhee and his band in concert, a show like no other. The variety of music in a Brandon McPhee show covers from Marty Robbins, Don Williams, Frank Sinatra, Irish tenor John McCormack, Sir Jimmy Shand, Will Starr, Donal Ring, Dermot O'Brien and Johnny Cash. While touring Brandon's version of the Johnny Cash standard "Ring of Fire" was shared on social media. To date it has been viewed by 1.6 million people."Ring of Fire" perhaps sums up the essence of Brandon McPhee and his relationship with his audience. A quiet, pleasant, unassuming young man off-stage, when he steps in front of his audience he is instantly surrounded by a charismatic "ring of fire." Whether dazzling on his Shand Morino 3 row button accordion or singing Brandon radiates fire, a warmth instantly felt and reflected back by his audience.
This show is different. He gives the audience what they expect off him, but Brandon not only demonstrates his increasing catalogue of self-penned tunes and songs, but this time he delivers a much more versatile range of material, moving effortlessly through the deep tones of Johnny Cash songs to early 1900s Irish tenor John McCormack then back to Elvis - a widening repertoire underpinned by an increasing vocal range and ability.Brandon in his short career already has manahed to perform for Prince Charles and members of the Royal Family a number of times and lately for King Charles III, indeed Brandon composed a tune for the King, had the opportunity of performing it personally "King Charles III Welcome to Caithness". Brandon also has played to some of the biggest names in the world of film and recorded duets with two superstars in the world of music namely Foster & Allen "Walking On The Waves" and more recently Daniel O'Donnell "Across The Hills Of Home". Brandon McPhee is a unique talent and has received countless accolades of praise from his peers. Also, part of the Brandon McPhee show is special guest Manson Grant from Manson Grant and the Dynamos tame. The Dynamos was steeped in country music all their lives and before the Millenium represented Scotland in Nashville, Tennessee as part of their Fan Fair celebrations. Manson is also part of the Brandon McPhee band.Brandon McPhee is not just touring, he is on a journey fired by his love of music. brandonmcphee.com
